Accessing Local Seeds

Accessing local seeds varieties for planting is hard. This has made many to wonder where they can easily get them.We bridge this gap by working with farmers on  saving indigenous seeds to conserve agro-biodiversity.Stockists in

some of local maize seeds

agroshops avail to the market hybrid seeds making local seeds unavailable. Also bulk planting materials from cuttings, tubers etc are left out as formal seed sectors prioritize seeds which are easily handled. This contributes to genetic loss of these materials and limits food sovereignty.

Contact us to obtain local seeds and other planting materials from our farmers’ database system.some of local seeds include;maize, beans, wheat  arrow roots, cassava, sweet potatoes, yam, spider weed, amaranthus, black nightshade ,sorghum, millet, wheat, pumpkin, tree seedlings among others.
